Shipping policy

Orders received on business days before 1pm (AEST) will be sent the same day. Orders received after 1pm (AEST) will be sent the following business day.

Most items are sent with Australia Post and will include a tracking number. There are a small number of exceptions to this rule, for example, small flat items like keys or stickers that can be sent in a regular envelope. Larger items not suitable for Australia Post may be sent by courier.
